Perfect UK settings!

Dyn, thanks for the awesome settings on the UK FFA server. There's just enough ammo to be able to send 2-3 rails/rockets/whatever down the line, but not so much that constant spam becomes a factor. I find myself switching to Plasma frequently, too, to recharge my railslugs.

All in all, great fun! More skill, less spam, and an all-around better experience while still having a good choice of weapons.

Anyone else enjoying the UK FFA settings? Let's hear it!

yup, i like it. skill is definitely a bigger factor now.

at first i was getting frustrated cause i couldn't really figure out the recharge pattern, but that forced me to both start using other weapons and also to slow my shots. quad damage being lowered is good too -- gotta make the shots count before you run out of ammo.

Agree. Totally. Not just a room full of rockets any more. Keeping an eye on the ammo is a must which is a nice change, gotta make those shots hit. Hugely awesome(er).
