Actually, there's no evidence that HAARP caused the earthquake in Haiti, but it is able to alter the atmosphere causing global warming and communication problems. It is also used as a military "shield".

Wish HAARP would induce a powerful earthquake of the shore of Chavez's belly! Seriously, there were better test bed areas near "said" primary target. Why not just attack primary target, since "theoretical weapon" is so theoretical and would not be verifiable.

Just doesn't add up. Test on Haiti, hmmm lets test again on Chile. If this was real, continual testing would only point to it's existence for conspiracy theorist.

My point still stands, why do a bunch of off target quakes? And why is it suspicious? Does not one movement of tectonic plates cause an unbalance force between plates that want to be balanced? I'm not a student tectonic plate movement, so i am just using my logic. It wouldn't surprise me that the US/California will/may be next. I live in Cali, so it's not a pleasant thought.

Hey why isn't anyone claiming that these are just prerunners for 2012, which i don't believe in by the way.

by an 80 percent. And they started doing that in the Third
World countries of Asia and South America. That´s why they
create wars, that´s why they create 9/11´s. All this is orchestrated

I don´t think Mother Nature has caused so many earthquakes in a period of 3 months. It´s not just Haiti or Chile.

There were experiments with MW weapons decades ago, so yes there are ways to create quakes, but i am not sure if HAARP is doing that. Basic technique was to heat up underground water with MW guns from satellite or something like that.

Sergio, "Mother Nature" gives us thousands of earthquakes each year. An average of 20 earthquakes per year that have a strength of 7 or greater on the Richter scale. As a Geology major in Montana, I discovered we had 100s of earthquakes per year in that state alone. One summer I lived and worked in Yellowstone and felt the mountain that we stayed on (Elephant Back) "move" a little each day (granted we were sleeping on top of a system of several calderas). So, as much as I like to believe a conspiracy theory as much as the next guy, I seriously doubt that these earthquakes are related in any way other than tectonically. If this system did what you claim it is for, then they should point it at Yellowstone. Last time it popped, it covered two thirds of our planet's atmosphere in ash. Boom, nuclear winter. So, if someone had a device or system that could do this, they'd have done it already.

earthquakes every year, for instance, when an earthquakes occurs
and then ceases, a small portion of it continues vibrating. This is
what scientists call "replica". This vibration can last for hours, maybe
days. You can´t blame H.A.A.R.P. for that.


But in Haiti case, The area is not tectonically possible for "Mother
Nature" to produce an earthquake of that magnitude. There has never
been earthquakes in Haiti, except in 1751, it was not an earthquake
but a "movement".

C'mon, Haiti sits right on the North American - Caribbean plate junction. Research, research, research. There is lots of sheering happening there. The eastern edge of that is subduction zone for crying out loud!

This may sound ridiculous i admit; I´ve always liked this kind of stuff, conspiracy theories. When I first read about HAARP I thought it was garbage. But then I started reading "Angels Don´t Play This HAARP" by Nick Begich, who has been studying HAARP for more than 15 years, and I realized that all this can be carried out easily.

You´re right on this, I´ve just researched that on Google, there were a lot of earhquakes in that zone. I apologize for posting wrong information.
