when i first started playing on vogon i think i was even worse than you......i guess it just needs practice and good ping :halo:

one more thing, try the settings in this topic if u have bad ping...it helped me a lot :
viewtopic.php?f=23&t=8

and try /cg_truelightning 1 (see what is good for u from 0 - 2)
