SERVER SUPPORT -- VERY IMPORTANT!

Some donated, but due to extra expenses and other problems we need to pay extra. I NEVER ask for donations unless it's really critical. Server was due on Aug 4th, and they will "pull the plug" on Aug 8th, 2012, that's tomorrow, in just 24 hours from now! If you are going to donate now it's the time, i mean cash, we don't need donation of excuses.

If servers go offline tomorrow then this is it, no more vogonhq.com, no more VOGON Q3, no more ARES COD4, no more admins, no more TM -- everything gone! Yes forum is using different hosting, and it is covered for a few weeks more, but there is no point having forum up for non-existent servers.

May I humbly suggest putting a similar message (I'm sure this is possible) up on join-game on COD? And Q3 for that matter? A lot of players don't come to this forum until there is some sort of problem so won't be aware of this issue.

I have been playing Ares FFA chaos crk, but I was banned or something, cant connect anymore. I bought this game 2 months ago and Ive never cheated. I dont even know how to do it. In some maps I spawncamp like most players do in Freeforall, but in many other maps I dont.

This is the only server I like. I would be willing to support the server with few dollars to get back in and to stay there

IPs starting with 192.168.* are not used outside local network, that is internal one assigned by DHCP/router. If you want to see your public IP check http://www.whatismyip.com/ or similar sites. Private ranges are 192.168.0.0 - 192.168.255.255, 172.16.0.0 - 172.31.255.255 and 10.0.0.0 - 10.255.255.255, they are subset of reserved IP ranges. It's not expensive if everyone chips in. If everyone who used the COD servers would donate ONE DOLLAR a month there would be no problem and we could add loads more stuff too.
