The forecast where YOU are!

The forecast where YOU are!

Postby SD » Sat Apr 14, 2012 19:10 UTC

I put this in humo(u)r because it's not a serious topic, serious as in important :)

Current weather here is..... Raining! (shocker)
Tomorrows forecast as per the met office (http://www.metoffice.gov.uk) is - Sunshine and showers (I expect more showers than sunshine)
Temp here right now is 5C
Yes I know I'm being very boring but I'm always interested in the weather!

My phone is notorious for having the most inaccurate forcast, even for current weather. If it says sunny, it means clouds or rain, if it says thunderstorms it means sunny.

Today was supposed to be thunderstorms at my location but just ended up as clouds. There was heavy rain south of me that I ended up driving into.

In Texas (where I was last week) I hear they had some big time storms.

Yes well we hit freezing yesterday night. but about 60 this afternoon. Since the North Pole is moving further into Russia we are getting warmer than we are used to. Its OK but I do miss the snow. I expect this is just a year or two worth of transition to a new jet stream.

Don't worry, i'm quite calm :knight: ....temperature this morning is wonderful for anyone having penguin at home....(i'm talking about penguin, not kangaroo  ) : only 4c....(about 40F or little bit less), but a sunny day.
Last info minute : an aussie guy died this night due to cold weather in France, hope it's not aidanmcc !! :sweet:
Yesterday, 2 mini tornados hit the town where i lived when i was a boy... :< (never saw that before, change of weather??)
By the way, aidanmcc, i read a book few years ago which title was 'cul de sac' written by an american whom lived in austraulia several years, name is Douglas Kennedy. Dam, you should read it!!(talking about australia)
@AG : place you set up your 'robot' affect directly the temperature, so fisrt you have to find the best location (far enough from doors or windows or hot points). To be honnest, i've got one and not so sure it's a good deal :<

makes sense. i guess we'll see.

temperature fluctuates so much around this time in texas, it's got to be better than nothing. hell if the scheduling part of it alone works good enough then that'll help.

yeah during the year it ranges. average is probably more like 80f. once the "seasons" change it can flip flop a lot from hot to cold.

Lol well pubs are a bit tricky for me! I live in the middle of nowhere and a pint costs around £3! Drink at home is the solution!

Nice day today, cool but nice (I'd rather it cooler anyway, makes my job more tolerable) and supposed to be a nice day tomorrow too! A fine Saturday? In the UK? Unheard of!
