I actually saw a test last week that was related to how people change when they feel anonymous, i.e on the internet with a screen name. basically they act like a bunch of dicks. so.. imagine a bunch of dicks with the ability to vote ban anyone, or spam call the admins???

Yes, exactly. I don't play COD but I used to play on some Q3 servers with voting enabled and it was hell. With COD it would be worse because you have groups of kids endlessly voting to kick or change map or some shit, and vote-banning someone because they don't like them, or because they are a better player etc.

NO, voting is definitively a bad idea, even if i understand you're tired with hackers. Vote ban for what? just subjective opinions you could get from a player, just because he plays better than you for suppose....i agree with SD and aidanmcc. Don't be afraid, some players are kicked off...
