Getting Banned All the Time

Hi Admin,

My player name is SPEED, and I been playing the game for a while now. However, recently I am getting banned frequently. I don't hack the game nor use any VPN.
Although I use the following code to play - /com_maxfps 125 ... and recently I am playing via Steam. Would this be the cause of the ban?

Is there a way to check the reason of the ban? What can I do to stop the ban?

Please except our apologies SPEED. It appears there are two players with the name "SPEED" in two different countries.
The one we thought was hacking, turns out to be the other one. Sorry for the misunderstanding. It won't happen again.
