Can't Seem To Connect to COD4 Server

Hi Fallout,

For some reason I'm not able to connect to the TDM server.
It's gone to an IP in my server favorites list instead of the name.
Can you help.

Please take a look at the chat logs fallout and see if whatever was said deserved a ban... nothing was said that I haven't iterated previously with an admin present. I think you'll find that this ban was unjust and unwarranted. Not sure when this particular admin was crowned but spamming was not an issue. I believe a "Privilege Check" is in order here for this admin.

Banning someone for chat is OK only in case of illegal stuff (real threats, etc.) or in case of spam. About spam - occasional link to another site is OK, if that is a private & legal site, but keep in mind, gaming server spam never works. Even if you paste links all day long you will get only a few hits to your site, if even.

Other chat IS ALLOWED, even if this chat is considered racist in Western society today, but try to keep it intelligent and do not bind-spam idiotic stuff. The reason for stating this is, in some countries this is already borderline legal or considered illegal, but since it is free speech we should support it. This doesn't mean we support some fringe political group, or anything, just a strong stance on free speech, because it is clearly disappearing in the West. You may notice some other servers also take a similar stance.

Other than that, servers keep no chat logs.

Those who donate $50 or more can also get their GUID whitelisted, which means you are immune to auto-ban or admins having a bad day. Of course, whitelisting is not a free pass to cheat/hax.
